BARRON COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Thomas Bowden on convictions for possessing child pornography. Bowden became the subject of a law enforcement investigation based on a Cybertip from The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) about suspected child pornography. Over 400 images of suspected child pornography were retrieved from Bowden’s devices during the investigation.
