RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Charges are proceeding in Rusk County against Mark Uptegrove, age 35, of Hazlet, NJ. Uptegrove is charged with 45 counts of exposing a child to harmful material.
The complaint against him alleges that numerous times he sent sexually explicit material to at least one child under the age of 13. Updategrove remains subject to a $60,000 cash bond, prohibiting him from accessing electronics or having contact with minors.
