(DrydenWire) -- Criminal charges for child abuse have been filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against 45-year-old Gerald Smith, of Turtle Lake, WI. The charges stem from an incident that occurred at the Spooner Fairgrounds, following the 2023 Spooner Rodeo. Smith is charged with injuring two children during the incident.
