Luke Hilgemann, a Wisconsin native and avid hunter, has spent his career championing limited government and enhancing opportunities for outdoorsmen. Before his role at I.O.T.R., he was the CEO of Americans for Prosperity and spearheaded the launch of Hunter Nation. Hilgemann also has extensive experience in the Wisconsin state legislature, where he served as chief of staff for the majority leader in the State Assembly. He played a pivotal role in securing a 60-seat majority in the State Assembly as a regional campaign manager for the Republican Assembly Campaign Committee in 2010.
