RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A convicted sex offender is scheduled to have a Jury trial on charges in Rusk County for physical abuse of a child and causing mental harm to a child.
Robert Dilysi was found Guilty at a Jury Trial in 2019 in Rusk County on 2 counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and 1 Count of Child Enticement - Sexual Contact.
The additional criminal charges were filed against Dilysi in November 2022, after the Wisconsin Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment previously ordered against Dilysi on his convictions of child sexual assault.
In July 2023, a Jury Trial was scheduled regarding the child abuse charges against Dilysi.
