Judge Orders $75K Cash Bond For 2nd Man Charged In Violent Barron Burglary

BARRON COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A recent violent burglary in the City of Barron that left one victim injured resulted in criminal charges against two men, Ryan Charpentier and Ricardo Dominguez.

DrydenWire reported how a warrant for the arrest of Ryan Charpentier was issued, and Charpentier was subsequently arrested in the State of Missouri, and later appeared in Barron County Circuit Court. At a hearing on January 24, 2024, The Hon. Judge Kenneth Kutz ordered a $75,000 cash bond for Charpentier.

A second criminal complaint was filed in Barron County Circuit Court charging Ricardo Antonio Dominguez, age 40, of Inver Grove Heights, MN, with involvement in the violent burglary incident. A warrant for Domingeuz’s arrest was also issued and online court records show that Dominguez has since been arrested and subsequently appeared in court regarding the charges filed against him.

Dominguez appeared on February 5, 2024, and the Hon. Judge Maureen Boyle ordered a $75,000 cash bond for him. He appeared most recently while in custody on February 14, 2024, for an adjourned initial appearance hearing, and is now scheduled to appear again in March 2024.
