The Historic Auditorium of St. Croix Falls, WI was originally completed in 1917, just as WWI and eventually the Spanish Flu epidemic would begin to create havoc around the world. Built as a Civic Auditorium, and owned for over 105 years by the City of St. Croix Falls, the building has had many unique uses over the past century but has been vacant and decaying since 2015.

That all changed in 2022 when the building was to be sold to a private owner, 210 Civic, LLC, and renovations would finally begin. Jeff and his team have been working tirelessly to complete the project on time. The grand re-opening of the St. Croix Falls Historic Auditorium is expected to occur in late spring of 2024.

What does it take to bring a 106-year-old building back to life? Join us on the next episode of the Kirk Anderson Show to find out!
