SAWYER COUNTY (DrydenWire) – Vehicular homicide charges from a separate incident are proceeding in court with the burglary charges filed against Dabid Flores (pictured), age 20, of Hayward, WI. Flores was one of three men charged for the burglary of the Three Fly Sisters Winery.

Dustin Moncel age 18, of Hayward, WI; and Storm Anderson, age 22, of Hayward, WI; were also charged following the investigation into the winery burglary. DrydenWire reported in July 2024 that Storm Anderson received a dismissal of his charges.

Moncel was sentenced during a recent court hearing on convictions for the burglary charges filed against him. (Details can be read below.)

In February 2024, the Court accepted a deferred agreement on Flores’ burglary charges, however, the State later filed a Motion to Enter Judgment of Conviction and Proceed to Sentencing after new criminal charges were filed against Flores regarding a fatal 2024 vehicle crash. (More details on that fatal crash case can be read below.)
