BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A woman accused of striking another person with her vehicle during a late-night altercation in the Town of Swiss, Burnett County, has reached a plea agreement on her court case.
The incident, which occurred shortly after midnight on September 3, 2024, led to criminal charges against Lori Lynn Benjamin, age 30, after deputies responded to reports of a fight and found a victim with significant injuries.
Lori, who was later arrested following a brief pursuit, has now been sentenced on convictions from the case.
