WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Felony charges have been filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against Nicholas Mosay, of Hillsdale, WI, following a traffic stop in August 2023 that escalated into a fleeing incident when Mosay allegedly drove away from the scene at speeds up to 100 miles per hour.
