WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) – A criminal case filed in Washburn County Circuit Court charging Robert Harkreader, age 46, of Hayward, WI, with child sexual assault, has been dismissed. The charges were filed in February 2022 following an investigation by the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office.
