BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Jon Songetay on a conviction in Burnett County for an intoxicated driving incident. The charges were filed against Songetay after he was arrested following a brief, slow-speed pursuit in August 2023 in Burnett County. Songetay appeared for a recent hearing and entered a guilty plea to a charge of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration and was sentenced by the Court.
