Four Question Friday: Real Estate Solutions Broker & Owner, Tom Richie

RICE LAKE, WI -- Local real estate leader, Tom Richie is a founding member of Real Estate Solutions in Rice Lake, WI. Real Estate Solutions is a locally owned and operated independent real estate office with primary focus on providing area residents with top tier real estate services to the communities they serve. From their office on Main Street in Rice Lake, Real Estate Solutions office serves their clients with a completely local team of real estate agents and office professionals. No national chains, just local people looking out for our local communities.

To help us get to know Tom better, we asked him a few unconventional questions.

Four Questions:

1. What is your favorite book? “Untethered Soul” by Michael A. Singer
2. How do you take your coffee? Black.
3. Have you ever met somebody famous? I visited him last week! My oldest son, Tanner of Tanner Fletcher brand, is making quite the name for himself in the Fashion Industry.
4. Do you have a favorite quote? “Individual commitment to a group effort- that is what makes a team work, a company work, a civilization work.” -Vince Lombardi

Tom Richie began his professional career with twelve years in law enforcement, including six as the Barron County Sheriff. In addition to his Real Estate Brokers License, Tom holds a master’s degree in Management/Administration, a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and has taught Law Enforcement classes at the local technical college.

Tom grew up in Barron County and has made it his business to help more people call our area home. Tom and his family live in Rice Lake and take great pride in supporting the local community, church, and getting involved in youth sports and activities. His success isn’t just recent- Tom has a solid history of service and accomplishments in our area. Tom’s commitment to community support was recognized when Real Estate Solutions was selected as the 2017 Rice Lake Chamber of Commerce Community Partner of the year and again in 2019 when Tom was inducted into the Barron Golden Bears Athletic Hall of Fame in a ceremony recounting his outstanding high school wrestling career and continued record of success in the years beyond high school. Most recently, Tom’s generous community support was highlighted when he committed Real Estate Solutions to donating funds to push the St. Joseph School’s Pregnancy Help Center fundraiser over their ambitious fundraising goal and then brought the popcorn for students to enjoy at their achievement celebration!
