BARRON COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A death investigation in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, has led to a serious criminal conviction for 39-year-old Rosemarie Hart, formerly of Cumberland, WI. The case, which began with a welfare check in May 2023, has culminated in a conviction of 2nd-degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. Hart has been sentenced in Barron County Circuit Court on her conviction. The homicide charge was dismissed as part of the settlement negotiations in the case.
