WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - New felony charges have been filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against Bernard Seidling, alleging that he made false statements to the court.

Seidling was charged in April 2023 with 32 counts of Class H Felony Fraudulent Writings relating to property transactions he conducted in the cities of Spooner, and Shell Lake, and various townships through Washburn County.

In April 2022, Washburn County Corporation Counsel brought a civil action against Seidling regarding land and real estate transactions.

Online court records show that Seidling is also facing numerous civil court cases filed in multiple counties.
