POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges have been filed in Polk County Circuit Court against Thomas Sellers, age 40, charging him with sexual assault of a child under the age of 13. The criminal complaint describes that Sellers allegedly assaulted the juvenile on more than one occasion. The criminal complaint describes the juvenile repeatedly describing being disgusted by Sellers’ actions.
