(DrydenWire) -- The June 2022 death of an inmate in the Burnett County Jail has resulted in homicide charges for Shane Bearheart and Danielle Rodriguez. The two are also facing fentanyl-related charges from the incident.
Criminal complaints were filed in Burnett County Circuit Court against Bearheart and Rodriguez, following a lengthy investigation into the death of the inmate. The investigation was conducted by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
