WASHBURN COUNTY -- Beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, WIS 70 will be closed to through traffic between US 53 and the south junction of County M east of Spooner in Washburn County for the removal of the culvert at Crystal Brook and construction of a bridge at that location.
WIS 70 is expected to reopen to traffic in late September.
During the closure, traffic will be detoured via US 53, County B and County M.
The work is part of a resurfacing project on WIS 70 between US 53 and the south junction of County M, which started in April.
