RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court made a ruling at a hearing on October 30, 2023, to dismiss child neglect charges filed against Desiree Johnson in Rusk County Circuit Court. Johnson was charged criminally along with Kyle Hankins following an investigation into child sexual assault allegations that were reported to authorities in 2022. Hankins is still facing charges of child sexual assault and false imprisonment.
