BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A woman who was charged criminally in connection with the June 2022 fatal overdose of an inmate in the Burnett County Jail has been sentenced on a conviction of homicide. Danielle Rodriguez was charged along with Shane Bearheart following a lengthy investigation conducted by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Bearheart’s charges are still pending in Burnett County Circuit Court.
