POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) -- A convicted sex offender is facing new charges in Polk County for possession of child pornography.
Robert Kubinek, age 54, of Balsam Lake, WI, was arrested and charged following an investigation by the Centuria Police Department and the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation.
