Charges have been filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against Russell L. Wilson, of Sarona, WI, for Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Intentional Homicide and Solicitation of First Degree Intentional Homicide.

Russell Wilson was previously charged in 2015 with the Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child; documents filed on November 7th in the Washburn County Circuit Court detail that between the dates of September 13th, 2016 and October 3rd, 2016, Russell Wilson sought out the assistance of a cellmate in finding a hitman who could kill the victim of his 2015 sexual assault charge and the mother of his victim, as well as the mother's 'new boyfriend'.

Washburn County Investigators worked with the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation, and ultimately Wilson hired a “hitman” (a special agent working undercover) to kill these three individuals before a certain court date on his 2015 pending charge of sexual assault.
