POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges of child abuse with intent to cause harm have been filed against Osceola woman, Teresa Osborne, age 64. Osborne is charged with intentionally causing harm to a juvenile under the age of 18 during a domestic incident. The criminal complaint states that Sheriff’s Deputies observed multiple rats scurrying around the property, padlocks on bedroom doors, and dried feces inside the residence.
