Chetek Police Receive Facebook Videos Of Male Making ‘Disturbing' References About Young Children

BARRON COUNTY -- Tyler Bronstad, 22, of Chetek Wisconsin, has been arrested after the authorities received multiple Facebook videos making "disturbing videos referencing young children," according to a press release from the Chetek Police Department.

On June 2, 2021, The Chetek Police Department received multiple Facebook videos of a male subject making disturbing videos referencing young children. The Chetek Police Department also received several phone calls and messages regarding the same male subject in the vicinity of Roselawn Elementary School.

With the assistance of the Barron County Sheriff’s Department, Tyler Bronstad, 22 of Chetek was taken into custody and transported to the Barron County Jail.

Thursday, June 3, 2021, Mr. Bronstad was charged with disorderly conduct in Barron County Circuit Court. He is being held in the Barron County Jail on a cash bond and if released, Mr. Bronstad's bond states he can not be within 2 blocks of Roselawn Elementary School.

This case remains active and ongoing by the Chetek Police Department with the possibility of further charges.
