POLK COUNTY — A criminal complaint has been filed against 21-year-old Austin Couch in Polk County charging him with child sexual assault following an investigation by the Somerset Police Department and St. Croix County Child Protective Services. Couch is also facing charges of child sexual assault in St. Croix County.
