BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal firearm-related charges have been filed against Latrell Paffel, of Webster, WI, following an incident in September 2023 during which Officers seized a shotgun after Paffel allegedly fired it on a roadway. St. Croix Tribal Police Department was assisted by the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office during the incident.
