Barron County DA Brian Wright Announces Candidacy For Reelection

BARRON COUNTY - In a statement released this week, Brian Wright formally declared his intention to seek reelection as the Barron County District Attorney.

Statement

I am formally announcing my candidacy for reelection as Barron County District Attorney. I am proud of the work performed by the District Attorney’s Office since becoming District Attorney in 2018, and want to continue leading an office with such dedicated and talented attorneys and staff.

My priorities as District Attorney will continue to be protection of the community, the pursuit of justice for vitiates of crime, and the prosecution of cases originating only from referrals by law enforcement, and not on the basis of political motivations or outside influence.
