WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A woman identified as being a leader of a heroin distribution conspiracy in Northwestern Wisconsin had entered a plea to her criminal charges in Washburn County and is scheduled to be sentenced.
A 39-page criminal complaint filed in May 2021 by Washburn County District Attorney Aaron Marcoux states that 52-year-old Antoinette Brewer, also known as “MA”, was the primary source of heroin for an ongoing heroin trafficking ring that was distributing heroin in the Sawyer County area since at least 2018.
