WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Joshua Lepley, 37, is serving life sentences in Wisconsin State Prison on convictions that he received for the July 2001 homicides of his father, Wilbur Lepley, Jr., and Amber Williams. DrydenWire obtained copies of both the original criminal complaint filed against Joshua in 2001 for the homicides and of the petition for Joshua’s release that was filed in October 2023 by attorneys working on his behalf. When Joshua was sentenced in February 2002, the Hon. Judge Norman Yackel ordered that he would not be eligible for release before July 2022.
