WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges for 6th offense OWI have been filed against Spooner, WI, man, Karl Blatterman, following an incident in May 2024. A Spooner Police Officer allegedly located Blatterman apparently sleeping in his truck behind restaurants in Spooner, WI. Blatterman’s blood alcohol level was allegedly 3 times the legal limit.
