POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges including sexual assault have been filed in Polk County Circuit Court against 40-year-old Brent Richard Graber of Clayton, WI. Graber is accused of sexually assaulting a minor victim under the age of 16.
In November 2023, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received information about a possible child sexual assault occurring in Polk County Wisconsin. An individual contacted Polk County Dispatch and reported that a minor victim under the age of 16 was in fear for their safety due to sexual advances being made to them by Brent Richard Graber, age 40, of Clayton, WI.
