RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – An investigation by the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in felony charges against 65-year-old Malcolm F. Young, of Ladysmith, WI, for allegedly conspiring to commit homicide and conspiring to commit armed robbery.
Young is facing numerous other criminal charges including sexual assault, domestic abuse stalking, and resisting or obstructing an officer in several other criminal cases filed against him in Rusk County Circuit Court.
At a recent court hearing, Young was placed on a $150,000 cash bond regarding these new charges filed against him.
