RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges are proceeding in Rusk County Circuit Court against 29-year-old Cheyene Howard following an investigation into allegations that Howard sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16.
The criminal complaint against Howard states that he confessed to most of the allegations against him.
